This is two reviews in one

I bought this adapter at the last minute before flying to UK; I had another adapter as well, but this one was perfect for while in transit, as well as in my hotel. It's small enough to not take up space in my carry-on. I really loved that I was able to use it in UK and in Europe, and that I can use it if I ever return to New Zealand! I met my son in Scotland because he was there for a month before he continued traveling in Europe, and I loaned this to him as long as he swore on his life that he'd return it to me. He did not return it to me, though... he loved it so much that he kept it, but he ordered another one and had it delivered to my home. Two testimonials for one product!

just ok, despite the orange and 20w is actually slower charging

bought this for wall charging that supports usb-c as the usb-c devices these days skipped them and for them to double up as int plug, and I am lazy to power charge from the laptops or imacs. I am not sure why the design sucks more heat to the plug instead of going into charging. I used same cable, but the phone brand's charger is charge the 80% battery phone in 25mins, this plug needs 30mins, and the plug is hot at 5 mins of charging. The phone brand charge is about 29deg, while this is 33deg. Maybe the engineers can design better next time. Also this device just only has 1 usb, 1 usb c. I thought there was a 1 3 plug during time of buying but there isnt, usually when we buy these as additional charging, more variety will help.
